Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a robust test automation framework to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both end-to-end and integration testing methodologies and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/ JavaScript, Java.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like

  Playwright

  (preferred) or Cypress, Selenium.
• Experience with

  Cucumber

  or other BDD frameworks.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and experience with tools like

  Jenkins

  , GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive

  test automation framework

  for our web applications and backend services.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for

  end-to-end (E2E)

  and

  integration testing

  .
• Utilize

  Playwright

  for E2E testing of full-stack applications and

  Cucumber

  for behavior-driven development (BDD) with backend services.
• Integrate the test automation framework into our

  CI/CD pipeline

  , with exposure to tools like

  Jenkins

  , to enable continuous testing with every build.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and QA teams to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Analyze and report test results, track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
