Create and manage advanced Excel dashboards, MIS reports, and utilize 7 QC tools for quality tracking and analysis. Identify process gaps, lead root cause analysis, and recommend improvement initiatives. Collaborate with training and operations teams for calibrations, feedback, and agent coaching. Drive strategic project planning, workflow enhancements, and performance reporting. Prepare executive-level presentations and documentation to support business objectives. Leverage Google Suite and strong analytical skills to deliver actionable insights and process improvements.
