Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market and business analysis focused on the BESS domain. Identify and define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of BESS-related projects. Evaluate emerging trends, regulatory impacts, and technologies in the battery storage industry. Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and business proposals to support decision-making. Engage with stakeholders from public-private partnerships, government bodies, and major battery manufacturers. Requirements Minimum 6+ years of overall industry experience with at least 3+ years of dedicated experience in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) domain. Proven experience working with large battery companies, government organizations, or public-private ventures. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Exposure to renewable energy technologies and related infrastructure is a plus. Experience Minimum 6+ years
