Role Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. You’ll be responsible for identifying bugs, suggesting improvements, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining the high standard of quality our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements
• Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and automated)
• Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly
• Perform regression and performance testing
• Ensure product quality through functional, UI, usability, and cross-browser testing
• Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement
• Document test cases, testing results, and quality metrics
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous testing process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing; automation is a plus (Selenium, Postman, etc.)
• Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman/Swagger
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
• Exposure to databases and writing basic SQL queries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
