Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Analyst with experience in food processing & packaging to ensure our makhana products meet the highest quality, hygiene, and safety standards., often referred to as a QA Analyst, plays a crucial role in ensuring that products and services meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Required Skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to dissect complex problems and identify effective solutions.

· Familiarity with quality assurance tools and testing environments.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and contribute to collective goals.

Responsibilities

· Inspect raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.

· Monitor roasting, seasoning, and packaging for quality compliance.

· Conduct moisture & microbial testing, maintain QC records.

· Ensure FSSAI, HACCP, GMP compliance in the factory.

· Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions.

· Execute manual and automated tests to validate product features and functionality.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

· Minimum 4 years’ experience in quality assurance or a related field.

· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

· Experience with QA tools and methodologies preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,146.22 - ₹34,632.72 per month
