We are currently seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to join our team and take charge of ensuring the highest quality of our software products. Job Summary: As a QA Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers (manual and automation), defining QA strategies, overseeing testing processes, and driving continuous improvement in software quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers across manual and automation testing Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality Monitor QA metrics (e.g., defect counts, test coverage) and ensure timely issue resolution Conduct code and test case reviews; drive improvements in testing strategies Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to product lifecycle processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in QA, including manual and automation testing At least 2 years in a leadership or QA team lead role Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, JMeter Familiarity with test management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) Knowledge of CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps processes Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: ISTQB or similar QA certification Experience in performance and security testing Exposure to cloud-based testing environments What We Offer: Collaborative and innovative work culture Opportunities for professional growth and upskilling Competitive compensation based on experience Work-life balance and team-oriented environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
