QA Team Lead

Role Overview: As a Quality Analyst Team Lead at Vrinsoft, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with Agile methodologies. You will possess in-depth knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques, stay updated on the latest QA tools and technologies, and facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments. Your role will involve collaborating with business analysts and project managers, supporting automating traceability of stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases, and creating dashboards for data quality measurements with KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with Agile methodologies. - Possess in-depth knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques such as functional & non-functional, performance, security, and scalability. - Stay up-to-date on the latest QA tools and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to the testing process. - Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments. - Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, JUnit is a plus. - Conduct API testing using tools like POSTMAN, Swagger, SOAPUI, etc. - Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to review and approve test scenarios/cases. - Support automating traceability of stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases through the integration of CI and BDD frameworks and tools. - Develop test strategy, test plans, and test cases, engage in exploratory testing, create and analyze defect reports, and perform root-cause analysis. - Create dashboards for data quality measurements with KPIs. - Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in manual and automated testing techniques. - Experience in Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, JUnit. - Knowledge of API testing using tools like POSTMAN, Swagger, SOAPUI, etc. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. - Experience in developing test strategy, test plans, and test cases. - Skill in creating dashboards for data quality measurements with KPIs.,
