Customer Success Executive

About: We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Success Executive with 1+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll be the trusted partner to our clients ensuring they get maximum value from our solutions and enjoy a seamless experience throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular and meaningful interactions. Drive value by aligning our offerings with client KPIs and delivering performance insights. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest product or service improvements. Track and coordinate resolution of client-raised tickets by working closely with internal teams. Lead customers through onboarding and implementation, sharing best practices to ensure success. Serve as a customer advocate, promoting a consistent and exceptional experience across all services. Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal ensuring long-term satisfaction and success. Handle contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer success, client servicing, or a related role. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
