Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Team Lead to join our team at Thinkproject. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of test results, identifying defects and implementing fixes.
Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
