Purchase & Procurement Executive

Job Title: Purchase & Procurement Executive – Manufacturing / Logistics / Construction (uPVC Industry) Location: Hyderabad – Kondapur Experience: 3 – 5 Years (Relevant industry experience mandatory) Job Summary: The Purchase & Procurement Executive will be responsible for end-to-end procurement operations — from vendor sourcing and material planning to purchase order execution and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the uPVC, manufacturing, logistics, or construction sector, and will ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for raw materials, fittings, hardware, and consumables used in uPVC manufacturing and installation. Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Maintain optimum inventory levels to support continuous production without overstocking. Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams to align material procurement with project timelines. Analyze vendor quotations, compare cost breakdowns, and recommend cost-effective options. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. Maintain updated records of supplier performance, price trends, and delivery history. Assist in vendor audits, price negotiations, and contract renewals. Prepare periodic MIS and procurement reports for management review. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of uPVC profiles, fittings, glass, hardware materials, and related supply chains. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor-management skills. Familiarity with ERP or procurement software (SAP / Tally / Zoho Inventory / MS Excel). Sound understanding of import documentation, logistics coordination, and GST/commercial terms. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Industrial / Supply Chain Management / Commerce. MBA or PG Diploma in Materials Management / Operations / Supply Chain (preferred).
