Role: PR Manager

We’re looking for PR professionals who understand the intersection of advertising, creativity, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with advertising and creative teams to amplify brand and campaign narratives across earned and digital platforms.
• Build strong relationships with media along with industry bodies.
• Strategize and execute PR plans that position both clients and the agency as leaders in the industry.
• Drive campaign publicity and awards visibility (PR Awards, SABRE, Cannes Lions, etc.) by crafting compelling entries and narratives.
• Manage agency PR and thought leadership initiatives, profiling leadership, handling speaking opportunities, and amplifying corporate reputation.
• Develop and pitch stories that showcase creativity, innovation, and business impact of campaigns.
• Handle reputation management and crisis communication with sensitivity and speed.
• Collaborate with digital, content, and creative units to design integrated communication strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Identify proactive storytelling opportunities and manage reputation risk through reactive communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media houses across India.
• Draft press releases, media kits, speeches, Q&As, and thought leadership articles.
• Manage media queries and ensure accurate, timely responses.
• Create compelling narratives for earned media, thought leadership building as well as owned media
• Ensure consistency of messaging across press materials, digital platforms, and leadership communications.
• Lead PR campaigns, product launches, and media events that generate visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to amplify campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor media and social chatter for potential risks.
• Support crisis communication strategies to safeguard brand reputation.
• Track and evaluate PR effectiveness through media coverage analysis, share of voice, sentiment, and impact on business objectives.
• Present regular reports to senior management/ brand heads.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of PR experience with exposure to the advertising/marketing communications industry.
• Proven track record of working on brand campaigns, agency PR, and award submissions.
• Established media network across advertising, marketing, lifestyle, and business domains.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate creative work into compelling narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Strong media network and understanding of the Indian media landscape.
• Ability to manage crises with composure and diplomacy.
• Creativity and storytelling skills to craft impactful brand narratives.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of digital PR, influencer collaborations, and integrated communications.
