Role OverviewWe are seeking a Group Head – Public Relations who thrives in a high-energy environment, has a strong command over communications strategy, and knows how to handle demanding clients with ease and composure. This role demands a sharp mind, a confident voice, and an instinct for stories that cut through the noise. The ideal candidate will come with solid experience from a reputed PR agency and will bring leadership, agility, and creative thinking to the table. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage PR mandates for high-profile clients across industries.Be the trusted advisor to clients—providing strategic counsel, crisis management, and media relations expertise.Drive integrated communication strategies that align with brand and business goals.Mentor and guide a team of executives and managers; foster a culture of learning and ownership.Lead media outreach, build strong journalist relationships, and secure quality coverage.Be proactive in identifying opportunities, trends, and narratives to elevate client presence.Manage client expectations with clarity and poise—even in high-pressure or sensitive situations.Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and planning teams for cross-functional campaigns. What We’re Looking For8–10 years of hands-on PR experience, preferably from a leading PR agency.Proven track record of managing large clients and complex mandates.Exceptional communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.Confident, articulate, and persuasive—able to hold the room and steer challenging conversations.Experience in handling media, events, press releases, thought leadership campaigns, and crisis communication.Strong team management and mentoring skills.A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for storytelling.
