What we're looking for: Our Senior UX Interaction Designers are experts in creating beautiful, usable solutions based on unbiased user research. They are at the forefront of setting strategic design direction for our financial suite of products and championing the voice of the user throughout our organization. Bachelor’s degree in user experience, human-computer interaction, interaction design, service design, graphic design, or a digital design-related field (or equivalent practical experience). 4+ years of experience as a UX/Interaction/Product Designer working across a breadth of digital media. 2+ years of experience leading or significantly contributing to the human-centered design process within highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in user experience, human-computer interaction, interaction design, service design, graphic design, or a digital design-related field. Additional Bachelor's or Master's degree in sociology, anthropology, psychology, or a related field. 6+ years of experience as a UX or Interaction Designer. Experience working in globally distributed teams. Experience in helping establish or scale design team operations or processes. What you’ll be doing: Design lean, iterative, and development-ready solutions that can scale for the future, while understanding current technology constraints. Think deeply about the user experience, balanced with business goals, to inform your designs. Lead the product team (Product Manager, Project Manager, Software Engineers) through the user-centered design process with collaborative workshops for discovery and ideation. Apply user research insights to drive product design and strategy, and help your team understand why and how to build better experiences. Plan and execute user research in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and share findings broadly across the organization. Actively contribute to establishing and refining design processes, best practices, and integration strategies within our new India-based design team, ensuring design is a core component of the product development lifecycle. Help foster a collaborative, innovative, and user-centric design culture within the new team.
