Home-Based Therapist

As a Home-Based Therapist at Tathastu Healthcare Services Child Development Centre, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one therapy sessions at the child's residence. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs. - Working closely with parents/caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to therapy. - Tracking and documenting the child's progress to evaluate the effectiveness of the therapy sessions. - Creating a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages the child's growth and development. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. - Certification or license as applicable for your field of expertise. - Prior experience working with children, preferably in a clinical or home-based setting. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children and their families. - Empathy, patience, and a deep commitment to providing child-centric care.
