Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behaviour Therapist for Special Child located in Pune. The Behaviour Therapist will be responsible for assessing and analyzing behaviors, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the child&aposs overall development and progress. Daily tasks also include monitoring and tracking the childs progress, maintaining detailed records, and communicating with parents and caregivers to provide updates and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Behavior Analysis and Behavior Intervention with Autism related kids
• Skills in conducting Therapy Sessions and developing individualized plans for Hyper active kids
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and interacting with parents and caregivers
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work patiently with children and adapt to their individual needs
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a plus
• Experience working with children with special needs is preferred
