Role Purpose:

● Bring behavioral science structure into our hiring blueprint.

● Objectively assess candidates through tools like Situational Judgment Tests (SJTs), anchored rating scales, and bias-free rubrics, making recruitment more predictable, fair, and performance-linked.

Key Responsibilities:

● Trait Mapping – Translate role DNA into 3–5 validated psychological traits with observable behaviors.

● Assessment Design – Create SJTs, behavioral questions, and 5-point anchored rating scales.

● Rubric Building – Develop scoring guides (clear pass/fail anchors, 1–5 examples).

● Bias Control – Apply the fairness checklist across JDs, assessments, and interviews.

● Validation – Track basic reliability/consistency and link traits to early performance data.

● Documentation – Maintain SOPs, templates, and version logs for all tools.

● Calibration Support – Join interviewer sessions; align scorers on what “1 vs 5” looks like.

Must-Have:

● Bachelor’s / Master’s in Psychology

● Basic understanding of psychometrics (reliability, validity, inter-rater consistency).

● Comfort with behavioral observation & structured note-taking.

● Strong written communication (can turn trait → behavior → example).

● Familiarity with Google Sheets/Forms
