Job Description : Executive - Proposals & Contracts

Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support our Sales and Management teams. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation that align with client requirements, while maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism. This role demands excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong command over the English language—both written and verbal.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Sales and Management teams to understand client needs and prepare customized proposals, quotations, and technical/commercial documents.
  • Develop professional presentations, reports, and tender documents using MS Office tools.
  • Support the sales cycle by coordinating between internal teams (technical, operations, finance) for accurate and timely submission of offers.
  • Conduct product research, competitor analysis, and data compilation to assist management in decision-making.
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, pricing sheets, and correspondence.
  • Prepare follow-up communications, emails, and client-facing materials with high linguistic accuracy and presentation quality.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative and analytical support to the sales team.
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools, templates, and documentation for improved efficiency.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales coordination, or business support role (preferably in B2B or manufacturing environment).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office: Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis), PowerPoint (presentations), Word (professional documentation).
  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • A positive attitude with a solution-oriented approach.
