The ideal candidate will play a key role in turning client requirements into precise, production-ready designs. You will collaborate closely with Production and Sales teams and occasionally interact with clients to fully understand their functional and aesthetic needs. Key Responsibilities · Create 2D and 3D models using SolidWorks and other CAD software. · Work directly with the sales team to translate customer requirements into design solutions. · Visit clients (as needed) to gather detailed specifications and assess on-site conditions. · Develop detailed manufacturing drawings , assembly instructions , and BOMs for production. · Coordinate with production team to ensure feasibility, material compatibility & cost-efficiency of designs. · Revise and optimize designs based on production feedback and real-world testing. · Continuously explore and implement design improvements and innovation.
