We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer with strong experience in SolidWorks and CAD to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in turning client requirements into precise, production-ready designs. You will collaborate closely with Production and Sales teams and occasionally interact with clients to fully understand their functional and aesthetic needs. Key Responsibilities · Create 2D and 3D models using SolidWorks and other CAD software. · Work directly with the sales team to translate customer requirements into design solutions. · Visit clients (as needed) to gather detailed specifications and assess on-site conditions. · Develop detailed manufacturing drawings , assembly instructions , and BOMs for production. · Coordinate with production team to ensure feasibility, material compatibility & cost-efficiency of designs. · Revise and optimize designs based on production feedback and real-world testing. · Continuously explore and implement design improvements and innovation. Requirements · Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. · 1+ years of experience in product/equipment design, preferably in manufacturing or hospitality equipment. · Proficient in SolidWorks , AutoCAD , and other design software. · Good understanding of manufacturing processes , materials, and mechanical standards. · Strong communication skills for inter-department coordination and client interactions. · Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. The role involves monitoring production, inspecting materials, identifying defects, and working closely with production and engineering teams to maintain consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and documentation. Monitor operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions. Maintain and analyze records of quality reports, test results, and data logs. Support audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance activities. Train and guide production staff on quality control measures and protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Willingness to learn, improve and adapt is a must have Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles (typically 25 years).
