Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Specialist to join our team at Atkins Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal development and management, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and manage proposals from initiation to finalization, ensuring timely submission of high-quality documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and input for proposal development.
Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the proposal process.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in proposal messaging.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all proposal materials.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of proposal development principles and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
