Project/Program Manager

Job Summary The Project/Program Manager drives client success, manages incident response, plans and tracks project execution, and leads presales presentations for a SaaS product offering. This role ensures seamless alignment across sales, development, and operations teams to deliver value and increase customer satisfaction in a cloud-based, multi-tenant environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead point of contact for client communications, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring prompt issue resolution. Plan, schedule, and track SaaS programs, setting clear goals, measurable milestones, and regular updates for clients and internal teams. Proactively manage and respond to incidents, leveraging centralized logging, automated workflows, and cross-team escalations to restore services and communicate resolutions. Drive presales activities, including the creation of custom presentations, leading product demos, and providing tailored solutions to prospective clients. Coordinate internal resources across development, sales, and operations, ensuring priorities align and dependencies are managed effectively. Lead partner and vendor management, including relation management, performance monitoring, compliance and renewal management to maximize the value and minimize the risk. Setup, implement and continually optimize engineering and delivery process in alignment with Industry best practices, and collaborating with technical leads to track the velocity, resource allocation and quality standards across teams. Maintain program documentation, performance metrics, client feedback and incident solutions for continuous improvement. Report program status and performance to executive stakeholders and maintain transparent communication through dashboards and KPIs.
