Job Description

Project Manager-Automotive

Ensure PMS implementation

Ensure that PMS milestones together with the Program Manager and the functions are scheduled, prepared, and correctly performed.
In agreement with the Program Director, escalate PMS related issues to the BG and ensure the follow-up until resolution.
Support the Program Managers & Program Director for preparation of the Program Review Committee.
Attend to the Gate Review meetings (also QVRs, TVRs, MD Reviews)
Support the Program Manager for internal or external program audits (e.g. Faurecia Excellence System (FES) audits).
Ensure that next phase activities are planned properly before start of each new phase (i.e. planning workshop)
Make sure that the Production Trials are planned with anticipation of launch book or launch readiness.
Ensure the appropriate usage of the Program Management IT system (Helios,E-step), support end-users and participate to the improvement of the tools.
Ensure that program experience is capitalized in knowledge management to improve future programs performance. Share best practices to all programs in his/her scope.

Ensure reporting

Ensurethat the reporting of all the CBU/Division/Region programs is done accurately on time
Update the list of Programs and the monthly KPIs, and escalate in case of deviation versus targets
Provide analysis (ie Red status programs, Gate Review failures).
Ensure that the alerts (reported in the Alert Management System) are solved on time.
