Project/Program Manager

You will be working as a PS Project/Program Manager at NCR Atleos in Bangalore. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure the flawless execution of multiple projects - Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget - Assisting in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensuring resource availability and allocation - Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress - Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques - Measuring performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques - Reporting and escalating to management as needed - Managing the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders - Performing risk management to minimize potential risks - Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation - Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project - Delegating project tasks based on junior staff members" individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels - Tracking project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Meeting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis - Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members - Using and continually developing leadership skills - Attending conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency - Performing other related duties as assigned - Being well versed with MS Excel and Powerpoint with an eye for detail - Developing spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs Qualifications required for this role include: - PMP Certification Please note that offers of employment are conditional upon the passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
