Team Lead / Senior Software Engineer

We’re now looking for a Team Lead / Senior Software Developer who will take technical ownership of projects, lead and mentor a team of developers, and build scalable and high-performance web applications using PHP, AWS and few more directions. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 3–5 developers and drive end-to-end project delivery. Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter). Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide team members in writing clean, maintainable code. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software. Maintain documentation, manage releases, and ensure timely project completion. Stay updated with modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience 5–12 years of experience in PHP web development, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or senior developer role. Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter. Experience with REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC architecture, and SOLID principles. Good knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue/React is a plus). Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred (Bonus) Skills Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Exposure to mobile back end development or Flutter APIs. Previous work on multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or any project management tools. Why Join Kragos?
