Project/Program Manager

Thoucentric, the Consulting arm of Xoriant, a distinguished digital engineering services company with 5000 employees, is seeking a talented individual to join their team in Bangalore, India. As part of Xoriant's Consulting business, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning Business Consulting, Program & Project Management, Digital Transformation, Product Management, Process & Technology Solutioning, and Execution in areas such as Analytics & Emerging Tech across different functional domains including Supply Chain, Finance & HR, Sales & Distribution in the US, UK, Singapore, and Australia. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong IT Project Management skills, adeptness in Stakeholders" management, excellent communication abilities, and strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills. Additionally, planning skills with meticulous attention to detail are crucial for success in this position. Responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams to deliver results within specified frameworks, ensuring adherence to cost and project delivery timelines. Experience in managing projects involving large scale ERP or SaaS based IT Product implementation, familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid project environments, and exposure to FMCG IT Programs will be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint, along with good presentation skills, is essential for effective communication within the team. The successful candidate should hold a strong educational background from reputable engineering and management schools with 6-12 years of relevant experience. Certifications in Project Management or Agile domain such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe are preferred.
