Project/Program Manager

As a Program/Product Manager at Kragos Technologies, your role is crucial in leading project initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of key technology programs. You will bring a balance of technical expertise, product vision, and leadership to drive product success from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Define, communicate, and execute the project roadmap aligned with business goals. - Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, and development to launch and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. - Manage project timelines, scope, and risks, ensuring high-quality and timely releases. - Drive Agile/Scrum practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. - Collect and analyze user feedback and data to guide product decisions and enhancements. - Work closely with stakeholders to align product features with market and customer needs. - Mentor and guide team leads and developers toward achieving technical and organizational goals. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Experience: 5+ years in program/project management or a senior technical leadership role. - Programming Expertise: Strong hands-on experience as a programmer in at least two of the following: PHP, Node.js, React. - Proven experience in leading and mentoring software development teams. - Demonstrated success in project/program management - planning, execution, and delivery. - Strong ERP/CRM product sense with the ability to define, communicate, and execute product vision. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices. - Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
