Job Role & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.Maintain customer details, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM/database.Handle inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries when required.Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and feedback.
Skills & Requirements:
✅ Excellent verbal communication in English/Hindi
✅ Confidence, positive attitude, and persuasive speaking skills.✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM / Google Sheets).✅ Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.✅ Quick learner with a customer-first mindset.
