Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and develop business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Build strong relationships with

architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors.
Ensure product specifications in ongoing and upcoming projects.
Drive sales targets and ensure team productivity.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and mentoring sessions for the sales team.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, logistics, finance, technical) for smooth project execution.
Track competition activities and provide market insights.
Prepare and submit sales reports/MIS on a regular basis.

Preferred candidate profile

Part Time M.B.A. / Full Time in Marketing from a recognized university.
7-14 years of experience with atleast 5 years of relevant experience in similar role/relevant and from a Building materials industryRole & responsibilities
