Project Sales

You will be responsible for project sales in the Building Material Industry/ Furniture/ Tiles/ Paint/ Wall Putty/ Hardware sector. Your technical skills need to be strong as clients often have a lot of related queries. You will engage with developers, contractors, architects, and installation partners. Negotiating projects, managing current clients, and acquiring new clients will be part of your role. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Civil Engineers, and Interior Designers. - Strategizing marketing efforts, identifying potential markets, and developing relevant advertisements, sales collateral, and business proposals. - Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to inquiry generation, presentation, and quotation. The ideal candidate should: - Be proficient in English and Hindi. - Hold a BE/B.Tech/Graduate degree in any stream. - Have at least 1 year of experience in technical/project sales related to gypsum drywall, fiber cement boards, furniture, cement, paint, tiles, pipes, or other building materials. For the Indore/Bhopal region, a minimum of 1-6 years of experience in technical/project sales, preferably as a civil engineer, reporting to the Zonal Manager (West) is preferred. This position is open to male candidates with hands-on experience in building material products related to walls, ceilings, and flooring. This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in building construction, sales, and B2B sales.
