Job Description

You will be responsible for project sales in the Building Material Industry/ Furniture/ Tiles/ Paint/ Wall Putty/ Hardware sector. Your technical skills need to be strong as clients often have a lot of related queries. You will engage with developers, contractors, architects, and installation partners. Negotiating projects, managing current clients, and acquiring new clients will be part of your role. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Civil Engineers, and Interior Designers. - Strategizing marketing efforts, identifying potential markets, and developing relevant advertisements, sales collateral, and business proposals. - Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to inquiry generation, presentation, and quotation. The ideal candidate should: - Be proficient in English and Hindi. - Hold a BE/B.Tech/Graduate degree in any stream. - Have at least 1 year of experience in technical/project sales related to gypsum drywall, fiber cement boards, furniture, cement, paint, tiles, pipes, or other building materials. For the Indore/Bhopal region, a minimum of 1-6 years of experience in technical/project sales, preferably as a civil engineer, reporting to the Zonal Manager (West) is preferred. This position is open to male candidates with hands-on experience in building material products related to walls, ceilings, and flooring. Benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, and paid sick time will be provided as per company norms. This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in building construction, sales, and B2B sales.
