Project Sales

You will be responsible for project sales in the Building Material Industry/ Furniture/ Tiles/ Paint/ Wall Putty/ Hardware sector. Your technical skills need to be strong as clients often have a lot of related queries. You will engage with developers, contractors, architects, and installation partners. Negotiating projects, managing current clients, and acquiring new clients will be part of your role. Your key responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Civil Engineers, and Interior Designers. You will strategize marketing efforts, identify potential markets, and develop relevant advertisements, sales collateral, and business proposals. Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to inquiry generation, presentation, and quotation will be crucial. As a Project Sales Manager/Officer, you will lead business development and contribute to regional business growth. Crafting compelling proposals, making presentations to prospective clients, and proactively initiating contact with potential clients will be essential. You should be able to analyze markets in various regions, identify potential growth opportunities, generate new projects, and manage existing key accounts. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and Hindi, hold a BE/B.Tech/Graduate degree in any stream, and have at least 1 year of experience in technical/project sales related to gypsum drywall, fiber cement boards, furniture, cement, paint, tiles, pipes, or other building materials. For the Indore/Bhopal region, a minimum of 1-6 years of experience in technical/project sales, preferably as a civil engineer, reporting to the Zonal Manager (West) is preferred. This position is open to male candidates with hands-on experience in building material products related to walls, ceilings, and flooring.
