Role & responsibilities Identify and build relationships with leading ABIs in the region. Conduct product presentations and specification pitches to get products included in upcoming projects. Support ABIs with samples, technical information, and customized solutions. Follow up on leads from ABIs and coordinate with the channel for fulfilment. Identify untapped territories and expand market coverage. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and influencer meets. Gather and share market intelligence on competitor activity and market trends. Maintain detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline, ABI meetings, and dealer visits. Ensure compliance with branding, pricing, and credit policies. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any stream; MBA/PGDM preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales , preferably in tiles, ceramics, or building materials . Strong network with dealers/distributors and familiarity with the construction/infrastructure ecosystem. Experience engaging architects, builders, and interior designers is highly desirable.
