The Project Portfolio Analyst will support the Banking and Cash Solutions (BCS) Viability Framework, a governance and tracking process for BCS enhancements. This role is responsible for maintaining project records, monitoring compliance with EPMO standards, coordinating risk and funding assessments, and supporting weekly and bi-weekly operational routines. The analyst will work closely with project leads, risk managers, and operations teams to ensure enhancements are properly tracked, risk-assessed, and aligned with internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Administration & GovernanceMaintain and update the BCS Viability Framework Project Tracker on SharePoint.Ensure project documentation standards are met.Update project tracker as information becomes available.Coordination with project financials reporting resource.Weekly & Bi-Weekly Monitoring and Reporting TasksConduct weekly reviews of:S&O Intake, AWM Risk Intake, and PCC Submission Status.Active Past Due Target Dates and RIM Requirement Tracking.Project Status Reports and send summary emails via the Bank Operations mailbox.Bi-weekly updates on portfolio status for BCS Leadership Operating CommitteeFunding & Risk Assessment SupportTrack funding approval status and update project records.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure Simple Risk Assessments are completed and documented when needed.Participate in Weekly Bank Change Management Roadmap Reviews to capture risk assessments and update records accordingly.Project Lifecycle ManagementSupport project closure activities including:Confirming completion with leads.Updating status, vendor fields, and archiving documents.Coordinating with project financials reporting resource for OnePlan closure and billing reconciliation.Stakeholder CommunicationDraft and send structured communications for:Intake confirmations.Funding approvals or denials.Risk assessment outcomes.Project ID assignments and closure notifications.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.3–5 years of experience in project coordination, portfolio analysis, or PMO support.Strong proficiency in SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power Automate, and PowerBI is a plus.Understanding of project governance, risk management, and financial services operations.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Attributes
