About The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager – Workday ERP to lead and deliver high-impact Workday projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, structure, and accountability, someone who can turn complex requirements into seamless execution. You’ll be working closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams to drive automation-led transformation and ensure every milestone is met with precision.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Workday ERP projects — from planning and requirement gathering to testing, automation, and go-live.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and Workday consultants to align project objectives and ensure timely delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and communication plans while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
- Oversee Workday testing and automation activities in collaboration with QA and automation teams.
- Drive governance through regular reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure high-quality delivery across Workday HCM, Finance, or Payroll modules.
- Support UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities to ensure project stabilization and success.
- Mentor team members to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in Workday ERP project management.
- Proven success in delivering Workday HCM, Finance, or Payroll projects.
- Strong grasp of Workday implementation methodology, testing lifecycle, and data migration.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP testing or automation tools (Opkey experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Workday certification(s) in Project Management, HCM, or Financials.
- Experience with ERP test automation tools (Opkey, Selenium, Worksoft, etc.).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master) certification.
- Exposure to large-scale, multi-ERP, or multi-country rollout projects.
