About the role
: The Project Manager -Web at izmo is a critical position for our success, and we are looking for only the best people to join us. We take the success of our customers very seriously. Sr. Delivery Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure digital strategy, creative and interactive web development solutions are delivered on time to defined scope, timeline, and cost parameters.Project Manager manages our rapidly growing customer base in the USA and should be adept in handling and delivering solutions for both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of technologies. The candidate should take ownership of technical issues and see problems through to resolution. The Sr. Delivery Manager should have the ability to analyze and synthesize information promptly and should follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Delivery Manager to work in a global, competitive environment and would be responsible for: Delivery Management

- Should have managed a team of size 5 -10 members.
- Maintain a high quality level in deliverables. Zero defect policy.
- Ability to articulate problems, define obstacles and find solutions.
- Work closely with the Platform Engineering Manager to help plan, develop, and deliver multiple projects, maintenance, or product releases.
- Work closely with your peer Managers to ensure a successfully delivered client solution and to understand and remediate any project delivery challenges relate to your team members.
- Train team members in the new process and implement quality guidelines for the process.
- Professional development and career path guidance for your team members.
- Project tracking, coordination.
- Status reporting to Senior Management.
- Manage projects through all phases of the development life cycle, including initiation, requirements and specifications, design, development, testing and post implementation review
Mandatory / Primary Skills
- Should be adept in the delivery process, including Project Management, Program Management, Stakeholder Management etc.
- Proven experience as a successful delivery-oriented mentality with knowledge of SCRUM & AGILE development.
- Strong in process. Study problems, develop processes to resolve delivery issues.
- Managed and delivered projects for US customers.
- Experience in the estimation of delivery schedules and project implementation.
- Adept in Excel/ PPT/ Word expertise
- Interface with client partners. Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen to manage the various client layers.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to negotiate and work collaboratively.
- Proven ability to obtain and manage commitments for tasks/deliverables from persons or groups within and outside of the program team.
- Experience in conducting team meetings, tracking issues, decisions, action items, and following up between meetings to drive issues to closure.
- Knowledge of Web Technologies is a plus not mandatory.
Primary Skills Experience: 10+ years of experience
Certification: PMP, ITIL will be added advantage
