Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams — including design, development, marketing, and operations — to ensure seamless project execution.
Track progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide detailed reports on progress and performance.
Manage client communication, expectations, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Mentor and guide team members to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, marketing automation, or technology-driven environments.
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools like Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
