Role Overview

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple software and IAM-related projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk assessment.
Coordinate with technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Track project progress, monitor milestones, and ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular project reviews, status updates, and maintain documentation.
Manage stakeholder communication and handle client interactions effectively.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance project efficiency and delivery quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in
project management
within IT/software development environments.
Hands-on experience managing
IAM projects
(Forgerock, SailPoint, Okta, or similar).
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively in the
US shift (6 PM to 3 AM) Night Shift
.
