The SAY Foundation


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager at The SAY Foundation, based in Gurgaon with some work-from-home options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement project plans, timelines, budgets, and team structures for assigned initiatives
  • Monitor progress, ensure deliverables are met, and prepare regular performance and impact reports

Develop Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Build and nurture partnerships with corporates, government bodies, industry associations, and disability rights organizations
  • Strengthen CSR and HR networks to create a pipeline of inclusive employment opportunities

Candidate Sourcing & Support

  • Identify, onboard, and support PwD candidates for mainstream job placements
  • Coordinate with third parties for career readiness support, including CV building, interview preparation, and essential soft skills
  • Connect and build strong relationship with employers for their inclusive hiring requirements

Outreach & Advocacy

  • Represent SAY Foundation at disability hiring forums, CSR roundtables, industry panels, and advocacy platforms
  • Coordination support in conducting sensitization workshops and awareness programs for partner organizations to promote inclusive practices

Operational Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the team focused on candidate training, engagement and placement
  • Use dashboards and analytics to track performance, improve processes, and enhance outcomes
  • Work closely with technology and marketing teams to meet reporting requirements, content development needs, and event coordination.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in disability inclusion, CSR partnerships, or inclusive recruitment (NGO, corporate, or consulting background)
  • Strong relationships within CSR, HR, and NGO ecosystems
  • Proven track record of successfully placing PwD candidates or leading disability employment programs
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with candidate management tools
  • Deep commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and social impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with disability-focused organizations, NGOs, or social enterprise
  • Knowledge of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPWD) Act, disability certifications, and accessible hiring practices
  • Exposure to inclusive policy design, impact measurement, or large-scale CSR/HR programs
  • Experience in working with disability support programs is a plus
