Program Manager – Disability, Inclusion & Placement

About SAY Foundation SAY Foundation is committed to building inclusive workplaces by empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), especially individuals who are deaf or have locomotor disabilities. We actively support their training, placement, and long-term integration into mainstream organizations. Key Responsibilities Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given project Build connection, partner with Organizations, Govt bodies, PwD association Candidate Sourcing & Support -Identify, onboard, and mentor suitable PwD candidates for job placements. -Ensure job readiness of candidates (CV prep, interview readiness, basic soft skills). -Match employer requirements with the right candidate profiles. Outreach & Advocacy -Represent SAY Foundation at disability hiring forums, CSR roundtables, and public platforms. -Conduct sensitization and awareness programs for partner companies. Operational Leadership -Supervise placement operations, tracking performance using dashboards and analytics. -Lead a small team of executives/interns working on candidate engagement. Collaboration with Digisynergies -Coordinate with the technology and marketing team for reporting, content needs, and event support. Requirements 5–8 years of experience in the disability inclusion ecosystem (NGOs, CSR, inclusive recruitment). Strong relationships in the CSR, HR, and NGO ecosystem. Fluent in Indian Sign Language (ISL) – must-have. Demonstrated success in placing PwD candidates or running disability employment programs. Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and candidate management tools. Passionate about inclusion and social impact. Preferred Background Prior experience with similar organizations Knowledge of RPWD Act, disability certifications, and accessible hiring practices. Show more Show less
