We are hiring an Executive / Sr. Executive (2 positions) to be based at Delhi NCR. Encourage PwDs to apply

Key Responsibilities :

Engagement

Establish connect largely with PwD candidates who are job seekers

• Consolidate a structured database of candidate profiles, skills, and interests.
• Support PwDs with application process, and job readiness.

• Employer Coordination

• Share profiles with employers, coordinate interviews, and follow up on outcomes.
• Continuous connect and touch points with corporate partners and other NGOs.

• On-ground Support

• Assist in organizing job fairs, employer connect sessions, and awareness workshops.
• Provide assistance for documentation, accessibility needs, and onboarding processes.

• Reporting & Tools

• Track placements, update dashboards, and maintain documentation for reporting.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in disability inclusion or HR.
• Understanding of Indian Sign Language (ISL)
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders – corporates, NGOs, candidates.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with outreach tools.
• Strong communication skills and empathy-driven approach.

Preferred Background

• Experience in the NGO sector, HR, or recruitment.
• Exposure to CSR or social impact projects.
• Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply
