Job Title: Project Manager

Experience:

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Manager (PMO)

to support Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project governance, planning, stakeholder communication, reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. This role requires strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive execution across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support ADM project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope compliance.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status dashboards.
Track project KPIs, resource utilization, budget, and progress metrics.
Facilitate project governance activities — review meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and on-demand project reports for leadership.
Coordinate across development, QA, infra, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
Ensure adherence to PMO guidelines, compliance standards, and delivery best practices.
Support process improvements, standardization, and PMO documentation activities.
Manage change requests, scope updates, and project documentation lifecycle.
Identify project risks/issues and drive mitigation and resolution strategies.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Experience working in ADM or application delivery environments.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, including dashboard creation.
Good understanding of SDLC, IT processes, and delivery governance.
