Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with Siemens standards and customer expectations.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and monitoring plans.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Act as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
- Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns, and driving satisfaction.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
Risk & Cost Management
- Conduct risk analysis and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive cost control and budget management, ensuring profitability of projects.
- Monitor KPIs for schedule, cost, and quality compliance.
Leadership & Coordination
- Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring effective performance and development.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic decisions related to project portfolio.
- Implement best practices in planning, scheduling, and monitoring tools (Primavera/MS Project preferred).
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in WHRPP, Biomass, and Biogas power plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience in customer handling and managing multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, cost management, and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation) or related field.
- PMP Certification (preferred, will be considered a strong advantage).
- 10–12 years of proven project management experience in power & renewable energy projects.
