The Opportunity

We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join our Operations team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, can handle complexity across digital and physical products, and is excited to bring structure and velocity to a fast-moving startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track multiple workstreams across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Understand both digital and physical products, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute associated tasks.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and transparent reporting across stakeholders.
• Leverage project management tools (such as Notion, Asana, Jira, etc.) to create structured workflows and maintain visibility on project progress.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates to senior management, providing clear insights on project status, risks, and mitigations.

What You’ll Bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and/or product management roles.
• Proven experience working with both Digital Products (apps, websites, services) and Physical Products (hardware, merchandise, packaging).
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and ability to implement structured, repeatable workflows.
• Comfort with data and analytics, and ability to create reports that inform decision-making and drive accountability.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to consumer brands or customer-facing products.
• Basic design skills or familiarity with tools like Figma.
• Strong technical familiarity and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or other CRM/marketing platforms.
