Overview Of The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Support to provide structured coordination across the People Analytics team. This role will help ensure successful delivery by supporting planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of Projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are tracked and communicated effectively.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth delivery.
- Maintain project documentation including risk registers, RAID logs, and progress dashboards.
- Monitor dependencies and escalate risks/issues to the Project Manager and leadership team as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for SteerCo meetings, stakeholder updates, and other governance forums.
- Support process improvements and standardisation across projects to enhance delivery efficiency.
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Prior experience in project coordination, project support, or PMO functions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage different stakeholders from Director level, to technical SMEs across the e2e supply chain.
- Working knowledge of formal and informal project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Previous experience with working within a HR / People function and/or HR Project/s is desirable
- Previous experience with working within an Analytics and Reporting function and/or HR Project/s is desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
