Project Manager - Operations

Role Overview:

The Project Manager will work closely with the Center Head to ensure smooth functioning of the center’s operations, projects, and initiatives. This role involves planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination of multiple projects while supporting the Center Head in strategic decision-making, people management, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Center Head in day-to-day management and execution of projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Track, monitor, and report project progress, risks, and outcomes to the Center Head.
• Support in resource planning, budgeting, and cost management.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between the Center Head and project teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in project management, operations, or center administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
