We have an exclusive partnership with 40 of India’s largest Universities across 16 Indian states, we train 3.5 Lakh students on our platform through 9 Indian languages, work with 500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives and manage over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.



Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

  • Assist in the development of basic project plans including timelines and task lists.
  • Support in updating the trackers and tracking simple performance metrics.
  • Help coordinate activities related to 

    LMS (Learning Management System)

     and exam processes under supervision.
  • Ensure tasks are completed as per schedule and escalate delays or issues when needed.

Stakeholder & Team Interaction

  • Communicate with internal team members and assist in sharing project updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Take part in team meetings, record minutes, and help with follow-up actions.
  • Maintain a professional approach while assisting with conflict resolution or bottlenecks.

Monitoring & Issue Tracking

  • Support in identifying risks and issues and documenting them for senior review.
  • Assist in implementing changes to the project scope or schedule as guided.
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes and help flag any non-compliance.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain organized records of project activities, updates, and outcomes.
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Assist in collecting feedback and participating in post-project evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred: Management, IT, Education, or similar).
  • Internship or coursework in project coordination/management is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn and contribute to cross-functional projects.
