Project Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze manufacturing and operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Recommend and implement technologies, automation, or systems to enhance operations.
• Identify waste and opportunities to reduce operational costs.
• Monitor KPIs and track performance of operational improvements.
• Lead operational improvement projects end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Data analysis and performance monitoring expertise.
• Change management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Good business acumen and understanding of manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related).
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or process improvement.
• Project management experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
