Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Drive advertising and sponsorship sales for our newspapers and magazines by approaching brands, agencies, and corporate clients. Generate revenue by selling corporate table bookings and sponsorship packages for our exclusive business award events. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in companies. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends. Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and close deals in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of campaigns or event participation. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Ecellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, with a passion for sales and a results-driven mindset. Basic understanding of media advertising, publishing, and event sponsorship is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Experience in B2B sales, media sales, or event sponsorship . Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting. Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
