Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Surat. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. They will develop strategies to expand the company's market presence and build strong, long-lasting client relationships. This role requires working night shifts to accommodate international clients and markets. Qualifications New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Strong Business acumen and Account Management experience Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in any field.
