Description
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for our UK-based media publishing house. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence across media, advertising, and event verticals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies to generate leads and secure new clients across publishing, digital media, and events. Pitch media solutions (advertisements, sponsored content, award shows, etc.) to brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for ongoing business needs. Work closely with editorial, marketing, and event teams to align offerings with client objectives. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue targets. Explore international opportunities, especially in the UK market. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development within the media, publishing, or advertising industry. Strong network of clients or agencies in the media space is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
