Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate project activities using JIRA, ensuring issues are tracked and progress is visible to all stakeholders.
• Drive the use and adoption of CMS platforms, ensuring content workflows are optimized and delivery is efficient.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including development, QA, design, and content.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans, demonstrating strong crisis management capabilities.
• Maintain a clear understanding of QA fundamentals to ensure product quality at every delivery stage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders; manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment.
• Report on program status, issues, and performance metrics to leadership and clients.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting using tools like MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in digital or content-heavy environments.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e. g., WordPress, Drupal, etc. )
• Proficient in JIRA for task and issue tracking.
• Solid foundation in QA basics (e. g., test case understanding, defect lifecycle).
• Demonstrated experience in Crisis Management and handling high-pressure project scenarios.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  

Good To Have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise-level CMS platforms.
• Background in Business Analysis (BA) - understanding requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and communication.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet for project planning and tracking.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or PMP a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management roles in digital, web, or tech domains.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
