🚨 We're Hiring: Technical Engineering L1 Support 📍 Location: Chennai (On-site) 🕒 Experience: 6 months – 1 year 💼 Type: Full-time 💰 Salary: ₹3–4 LPA 🔍 About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Engineering L1 Support professional who’s proactive, curious, and eager to grow. You’ll be the first line of support—managing tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping improve user satisfaction. If you have strong communication skills, a working knowledge of SQL and Python, and a solid approach to problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you! 💡 What You’ll Do Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary Run SQL/SOQL queries to diagnose and fix bugs or retrieve data Use Python scripts to automate checks or diagnostics Resolve software, data, and access-related issues Maintain support KPIs like SLA, CSAT, and AHT Collaborate across teams to improve product reliability and customer experience Contribute to internal knowledge base by documenting recurring issues and solutions ✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience 6 months–1 year of experience in technical support or similar role Basic SQL knowledge and hands-on experience writing simple queries Working knowledge of Python for basic automation or debugging Good understanding of ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset Familiarity with metrics like SLA, CSAT, and AHT ⭐ Bonus Points For Experience with log analysis or REST APIs Familiarity with ITIL framework or similar service practices Exposure to web-based systems and tools Ready to grow your tech career with us?
